Position Objective: To support the speed and quality companys goals by consistent execution of the sales process and attaining sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship management.
- Develops clear written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates with accounting, warehouse (logistics) and technical service groups.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Maintain current knowledge of existing and new product prices and technical knowledge of glass and accessories items.
- Maintain and manage showroom area, samples and sales and marketing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements
- A graduate of any four year course.
- With at least 1 year experience of the same field.
- Computer literate, intelligent, proactive and able to communicate.
- Responsible, honest and hardworking.
