We're Hiring: Sales Specialist

MandBox Software Solutions, OPC is looking for a Sales Specialist who can help introduce and promote ClockSmart.PH, our all-in-one HRIS, Timekeeping, and Payroll system for businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, generating leads, presenting solutions, and helping companies improve their HR and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will:

• Generate, prospect, and qualify potential leads for ClockSmart
• Conduct online demos and product presentations to interested clients
• Follow up with prospects and assist in closing sales
• Help onboard new clients and coordinate their initial requirements
• Maintain good relationships with clients and prospects
• Collaborate with the internal team for client concerns, demos, and implementation coordination
• Visit clients within Metro Manila when needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or client-facing work is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll system features
• Familiarity with SaaS, HR, payroll, or business software is an advantage
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: ₱18,000/month
