Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for driving billboard sales and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, presenting outdoor advertising solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate execution of campaigns and timely installation of billboards. The Sales Specialist will also provide ongoing customer service, address client inquiries, and monitor campaign performance to recommend improvements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to sales strategies and training initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and negotiation abilities.
Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.
Demonstrated Sales skills in prospecting, lead conversion, and account management.
Experience in Training or mentoring team members on sales processes and best practices.
Background in Sales Management or coordination, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of advertising or media sales, preferably in outdoor or OOH advertising.
Ability to work on-site in Taguig and travel locally to meet clients and visit billboard locations as needed.
Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software, and preparing sales proposals and presentations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Relevant coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
