About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line of our growth:

building relationships with architects, designers, contractors and developers

turning project leads into real, profitable orders

You'll work closely with the other members of the sales team but you'll own your accounts and your numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Actively prospect, visit and present to architects, designers, contractors and developers

Promote our full range of architectural surface materials for projects in Visayas and Mindanao regions

Manage and grow the portfolio; follow up leads until they close

Prepare proposals, quotations and project follow-ups with support from the team

Monitor project pipelines and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports

Coordinate with operations/warehouse for product availability and timely delivery

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and project opportunities

Represent Pieni Surfaces at client meetings, events and trade shows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field

24 years sales experience in architectural materials, construction supplies, or related industries is an advantage

Proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets

Confident communicator in English and Tagalog with strong presentation and negotiation skills

Comfortable doing prospecting via phone, fieldwork, client visits and site meetings

Knowledge of architectural finishes/specifications is a strong advantage (training provided)

Existing network in the A&D and construction community is a plus

Self-motivated, organized and willing to take ownership of results
