Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist based in the Philippines. The Sales Specialist will focus on generating and securing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business prospects. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and ensuring satisfaction for clients. Collaboration with internal teams to meet sales goals and address client needs is also a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability in Sales and Training to identify new opportunities and educate clients about products or services effectively.
• Experience in Sales Management, including the ability to strategize and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the medical devices industry or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to accept short-term business trips abroad.
