- Food & Beverage Production
- Meat Processing and Cold Storage application
- Maintenance Service Providers
- Institutional [i.e. Offices, factories, hospitals, other establishments]
- Industrial Factories

- Prospect & Develop customers
- Achieve the sales target set by the team in the assigned industry.
- Focus on increasing the sales, profit, and number of accounts.
- Expand the product range and application used by the customer.
- Deliver positive customer service.
- Cultivate strong partnership with distributors and customers.
- Initiate an open and collaborative culture in the workplace.
- Participate in the company's vision to lead and reach excellence in the industry.
Duties And Responsibilities
Planning
- Understand the market conditions, new trends and developments for more business opportunities.
- Implement an effective market penetration strategy to develop new customer and gain more product purchase.
- Make the business profitable
- Increase the market share of existing and target businesses with the given market intelligence.
- Regain lost customers and sustain existing businesses.
- Prepare orders and forecasts to suppliers depending on requirement and inventory level.
- Set pricing strategies and price rates.
Execution
- Handle customers in above mentioned industries / application.
- Communicate with principal on business related matters.
- Promote products.
- Forward product samples, TDS, SDS, and other documents requested by customer.
- Monitor customer projects.
- Provide technical solutions and recommendations.
- Submit Customer Information Sheet
- Collect sales forecast from customers.
- Implement pricing and payment terms to customers and suppliers.
- Disseminate important information to customer e.g., Price increase, Product discontinuation, product allocation, Shipment schedule and other concerns.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree Graduate of any Business, Science, or Engineering related course
- 1-5 years of experience in cleaning chemical sales/instrumentation and control background.
- With Engineering sales background is a plus
- Preferably with an analytical mind of good moral character
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Able to drive 4 wheels and w/ valid driver's license is a plus
- Amenable for 6-days workweek schedule
- Willing to report onsite in Bagumbayan, Calle Industria, Quezon City
