Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and talent databases.
Resume Review and Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements. Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates for further assessment and interviews.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Coordinate interview schedules, provide hiring updates, and support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitmen and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
Social media savvy, with familiarity in using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for candidate sourcing, employer branding, and engagement.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
