Job Description

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and talent databases.
  • Resume Review and Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements. Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates for further assessment and interviews.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment databases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Coordinate interview schedules, provide hiring updates, and support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitmen and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
  • Social media savvy, with familiarity in using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for candidate sourcing, employer branding, and engagement.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be able to render 600 hours.
