Performs real time monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking of metrics to ensure service delivery of each unit.
Conduct regular audit of procedures & processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards and targets.
Create and prepare performance reports and monitoring to efficiently track compliance to deliverables, projects as well as resolution of findings/gaps.
Regularly gathering data on process performance to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
Process improvement and Documentation:
Prepare, recommend, and implement process improvements and quality control procedures to enhance service delivery and minimize errors. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Services & Control, and Marketing Units for its implementation.
Monitor status of process improvements and projects to ensure its success and completion.
Collaborate with other units (IT, HR, Finance) to procure necessary supplies/support/training necessary to implement process improvement activities.
Prepare and conduct trainings for external shareholders (Loan consultants) to ensure quality and uniformity of knowledge and directions.

Educational Requirement: Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, industrial engineering, statistics or related field.
Work Experience: At least 1 year experience in sales or operations support, quality assurance, process improvement or a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
