Job Description

Process monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD
Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues
Other task that maybe assign from time to time

Qualifications

Flexible go-getter available to start in the first week of March 2026, ready to work 4 times a week
Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment
