Job Overview
Lead overall sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and business expansion. Oversee multiple teams, develop leaders, and ensure alignment of sales goals with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor sales managers and team leaders
Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and key deals
Strengthen sales strategy and operational efficiency
Identify new market and growth opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in sales (BPO preferred)
Proven track record in managing managers and scaling teams
Strong experience in process improvement and performance management
