Job Description

The General Function of Enterprise Sales Group is to generate revenue and profitability by selling the company's cybersecurity products and services to customers. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with potential enterprise clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the successful positioning of cybersecurity solutions. The Sales Manager also collaborates with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, supports team development, and provides regular performance insights to senior management.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (covering Knowledge and Skills, Problem Solving and Accountability)

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Conducts sales presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and channel partners.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity, manage accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the team in closing complex deals, assisting in negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to tailor cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and pipeline management.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management. (e.g. monthly business reviews, quarterly reviews, etc.)
  • Assist in forecasting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in planning sessions and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned
