Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Appointment Setter at our office in Makati. The role involves engaging with clients and customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide top-tier service and set appointments efficiently. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound communication, scheduling appointments, assisting with customer queries, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company protocols will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Appointment Setting, and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Strong skills in Organizational and Time Management for scheduling and managing multiple appointments
  • Experience with Call Center Processes, Problem-Solving, and Upselling techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or systems and basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Fluency in American-English is required; prior experience in a similar or related role is a plus
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt
