Remoat Teams is hiring for a BPO account, on-site at Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You'll join the team supporting a voice sales account.

What you'll do

• Take calls from customers and help them choose the right product or plan
• Upsell where it helps the customer and close sales
• Keep clear and accurate notes for every call

What we're looking for

• High school graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO experience in sales, tech support or upselling
• Good spoken English (around B2, upper-intermediate)

Schedule and work setup

• On-site at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Shift details shared at interview
