Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales activities to attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships. The role involves prospecting, presenting product solutions, handling client inquiries, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals. It also requires strong collaboration with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and process orders in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection with support from Finance.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Background in field sales, retail, or B2B transactions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Adaptability and willingness to travel for client meetings or fieldwork.
- Salary Range: 18,000 - 19,000
- Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
