Job Description
- Location: Cebu City
- Salary: PHP 35,000 per month
- Contract: 6 months (Project-Based)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Hours: Rotational Shifts
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations using the client's ERP system
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively
- Provide dedicated pre-sales support and thorough post-sales follow-up
- Regularly engage with customers to strengthen long-term relationships
- Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas; consistently meet KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement
- Develop deep product knowledge to address customer queries effectively
- Must have at least 1 year of strong sales experience
- Preferred B2B experience with a proven track record selling across large catalogs, ideally for the US market
- Background in the medical/healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities (pricing, delivery processing, closing)
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experienced in both outbound and inbound sales calls
