SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive inbound calls (residential customers)
Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues
and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)
Process and/or upgrade customer orders
Assist existing customers who want to move from one location to another
Attempt to retain existing customers who have decided to discontinue their accounts

Qualifications:

Completed at least two (2) years in College or a Graduate of a two-year college course, Senior
High School (K-12) or High School (old curriculum) (with no back subjects)
At least six (6) months of call center experience or six (6) months of Sales experience in any industry is an advantage
Fresh graduates and candidates with no call center experience are encouraged to apply (for select accounts only)
With good communication skills
