Role Description The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Pinoy Tourism's travel packages and services, including tours, holiday getaways, visas, and car rentals, to prospective and existing clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Parañaque and involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital communication channels. The role includes maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable services to meet their requirements and budget. The Sales Representative will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate booking arrangements, timely documentation, and high-quality customer service. Monitoring market trends, participating in promotional activities, and contributing to sales targets are key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, identify client needs, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of travel products and services, such as tour packages, holiday itineraries, visas, and car rentals.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and booking processes.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM systems, and online booking or office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work on-site in Parañaque, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Previous experience in sales, travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma required; a college degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
