Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with at least 3 years of solid sales experience supporting US, Australian, or international clients. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare, solar, e-commerce, or high-volume sales environments and is confident in building relationships, generating leads, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, persuasive, proactive, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct follow-ups, nurture leads, and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Support business growth through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Assist in improving sales processes and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role
- Background in healthcare, solar, e-commerce, or customer-facing sales environments
- Experience working with US, Australian, or international clients/customers
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
