About the Role

We're seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to support and scale our sales efforts. You'll play a critical role in generating revenue, improving our sales processes, and supporting everything related to sales operations.

This is a hands-on role focused on outbound and inbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, and continuous optimisation of how we sell our services.

Responsibilities

X Sales execution and client communication:

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Confidently present our services and handle objections professionally.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, email, and CRM workflows.
  • Close deals and contribute consistently to revenue targets.

X Improve sales processes:

  • Review and improve existing sales scripts, call flows, and follow-up sequences.
  • Help optimise the sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM (we use Monday.com).

X Sales support and reporting:

  • Track sales performance and pipeline activity.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market insights.
  • Assist with proposals, pricing discussions, and onboarding handovers.
  • Support internal sales-related initiatives and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (C1 or C2) with a clear, neutral, and professional accent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with international clients.
  • Experience with CRMs and sales tools (Monday.com experience is a plus).
  • Results-driven mindset with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and leadership teams.
