- Gathers competitive information on pricing, discounting, promotions and new products and forwards timely feedback to Sales Head
- Looks for opportunities to partner with local government, other Miles & Levels subsidiaries, event organizers for events within the route coverage
- Conducts customer/outlet calls in order to sell & deliver products, retrieve empties, merchandise, receive customer feedback, collect payments, ensure territorial integrity and implement sales and marketing programs.
- Negotiate with outlets / wholesaler in order to make available appropriate products in all potential selling outlets inside his route.
- Regularly checks the truckload of products and is accountable for the completeness and care of the load to protect the interest of both the customers and the company.
- Regularly reviews route territory needs, suggests area specific programs, implement local & national programs, and updates Miles and Levels Mgt on program/promo developments and ensure program/promo success.
- Updates the database of wholesalers & retail outlets as necessary in order to identify selling opportunities and provide easily accessible information to the company.
- Gathers data and accomplishes regular and special reports in order to provide the district & territory management pertinent sales information.
- Attends to wholesalers/customers/consumers complaints and concerns by visiting (e.g. attending to requested sales collaterals) and determining problems and needs on a regular basis to ensure wholesaler, customer and consumer satisfaction.
- Develops wholesalers and retail outlets by implementing timely programs, attending to their needs and concerns, to ensure sales and availability targets are met.
- Collects all account receivables on due dates and prepare action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Resourceful, proactive, and analytical.
- Strong negotiation skills and a vibrant personality.
- Willing to do fieldwork (client visits).
- Relationship builder with a pulse on Metro Manila trends.
- Has a valid drivers license
- Can operate basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
