Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our clients business expansion efforts through strategic B2B initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader with a killer instinct and go-getter attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international customers in B2B Sales and Business Development roles, specifically dealing with decision-makers and senior leadership within a Call Center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B Sales Efforts: Support business growth and expansion by actively engaging in sales initiatives.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads and prospects into potential business clients through nurturing relationships.
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Utilize various tactics to bypass gatekeepers in businesses to engage decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, identifying future business opportunities and delivering optimal client service.
  • Proven B2B sales experience engaging with North American
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well independently, showing initiative.
