Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective product promotion of Morris Biscuits PH, distribution management, and close coordination with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential customers and qualifying them as sales opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions or products that meet those needs.
- Achieving sales targets and quotas, analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Working with other teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development.
- Creating sales reports and creating sales presentations and offers in line with the client's needs and company standards
Job Requirements
- A degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales related in (FMCGI- Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), demonstrating a track record of successful sales, is essential.
- Experience in customer service or other roles that involve building relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues.
- Willing to travel extensively in all areas of Luzon.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail & wholesale industry is a plus.
