Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Preferably with experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficient in MS Offices and other CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
  • Present and promote products or services to potential and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and company events as required
