Sales Representative (Chat) ( Remote )

Position: Sales Representavie ( Via Chat ) ( Remote )

Based Salary: 500 USD ( based salary ) + commissions

Scheduled: Rotating shfits of 7.30 hours ( AM - PM and Overnight Shifts )

1 rotating day off per week

Mostly Colombian and USA time zone

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Representative (Chat) to join our team. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong persuasive skills and experience in both formal and informal sales markets. This role is crucial for engaging with users and offering our exclusive content, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in informal and formal sales markets (tangible and intangible products) ( Mandatory )

Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PC, Google Sheets)

Experience in subscription-based services or similar industries is preferred

Ability to pass a logic and persuasion test (required)

Strong texting skills and ability to adapt technical vocabulary to the role

Ability to adapt to different situations and client profiles

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (required test will be conducted)

Good Spanish Level ( B1) ( Plus )

Fluent English Level ( B2+ ) ( Mandatory )

Ability to work under pressure

Strong closing and convincing skills

Responsibilities:

Interact with clients via chat, managing and closing effective sales of our exclusive products

Use persuasive techniques to attract and retain clients

Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while ensuring effective sales closures

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Strong attention to detail

Apply numerical logic and cognitive skills to resolve user situations (test will be conducted)
