Job Description

As our hybrid Sales Lead you will serve as the vital bridge between our clients and technical team, converting incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring every installation is flawless. You will act as our Sales Closer, Operations Lead, and Cash Flow Champion by managing worker dispatch, overseeing daily schedules, and ensuring collections are handled professionally. Beyond the office, you will take on the role of Technical Foreman, supervising on-site solar tint installations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of company documents.
  • Dispatch and scheduling day-to-day operations.
  • Telemarketing sourcing and listing of potential customers.
  • Schedule oculars and meetings.
  • Preparation of email templates and sales presenters
  • Client servicing, answering inquiries from the hotline and social media.
  • Management of influencers and management.
  • Management of cashflow (gross sales and expense).

What Are We Looking For

  • With at least 5 years of experience in Sales. (Experience in Solar, Construction, Automotive Tinting, Window Tinting is a plus)
  • WIth at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Have good English communication skills.
  • Capable of using the Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to be work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
  • Amenable to a 6-day work week.
  • Willing to be on field.
  • Can ride a motorcycle.
