We are hiring a versatile Sales Associate to drive business growth across pre-sales, client care, and field operations. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our technical teams and market prospects, turning initial inquiries into confirmed service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to incoming client questions across social media platforms, chat systems, and hotlines.
• Booking Conversion: Guide prospects through our deep cleaning options to secure calendar slots and close sales.
• Value Upselling: Identify customer pain points to recommend complementary service add-ons and sterilization top-ups.
• Schedule Coordination: Input and maintain clean, organized calendar bookings for our field cleaning teams.
• Client Retention: Follow up with past residential and commercial accounts to encourage recurring bookings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, telemarketing, telesales, or high-volume customer care.
• High energy with a natural ability to pitch solutions and overcome price objections.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple active chat conversations efficiently.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Cebuano or Davaoeño (Bisaya) is strictly required to effectively serve and expand our regional clientele.
