Assists in the handling of various sales incentives, promotions, PR & advertising, and events for BPI/MS and its various distribution channels. Responsible in generating and providing sales quotations, and other documents or reports as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares sales quotations, policy issuances
- Prepares marketing programs / strategies / promos relating to specific sales channels after a thorough analysis of the marketing environment.
- Implements, tracks and monitors the progress and development of the incentive programs handled using information systems reports in Polisy/Asia and Power Olap reports.
- Conducts presentations and briefings of the incentive programs handled.
- Evaluates and analyzes the effectivity and efficiency of the incentive programs handled.
- Coordinates with various internal and external groups in relation to corporate communication, sponsorship and advertising.
- Formulates projects/ campaigns in relation to the PR, Corporate Communication and Advertising requirements of the company, and the requirements relative to the initiatives of the various units.
- Prepares documents / briefs that will set direction for advertising agencies in the execution of specific requirements.
- Prepares documentary requirements for the approval of marketing and/or sales promotions program.
- Observes compliance with agreed upon turnaround time on service standards and required reports.
- Observes compliance with approved procedures and guidelines as well as regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- College graduate preferably Business or Marketing related course
- With very good oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal
- Possess good analytical, presentation and leadership skills
- Computer literate, must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Preferably with background as Sales Assistant handling Corporate Accounts or Retail Sales
- Preferably with background in Non-Life Insurance Products
- Must be amenable to work in Makati
