Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments for solar PV installations
Prepare and present technical and financial proposals tailored to customer needs
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for system design and project feasibility
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Assist clients in understanding ROI, payback period, and benefits of solar energy systems

Job Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 25 years of experience in sales (experience in solar, electrical, or construction industry is an advantage)
Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into customer-friendly solutions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visit
