Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and able to effectively present products and services to clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Discover and pursue new sales leads through developers, contractors, business directories, major establishments, existing clients, referrals, etc.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to meet quotas
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to clients
  • Follow up with clients via calls, emails, or visits to offices and sites as needed
  • Collect and monitor market and customer information to identify opportunities
  • Submit weekly reports on sales accomplishments
  • Plan and organize sales activities to achieve targets
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Solve customer issues and provide solutions as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly goal-oriented, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Able to collect information, monitor results, and solve problems independently
  • Experience in sales for construction materials or architectural products is a plus
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
