Minimum Requirements
- Below 40 years old
- Preferably a college graduate
- Has at least 1–3 years of sales experience
- Professional Driver's License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2)
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collect and remit payments on time
- Client Responsibilities
- Find leads and identify potential clients
- Have extensive knowledge of company products in order to present to potential clients and close sales
- Increase customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat purchases
- Conduct promotions and marketing activities such as but not limited to:
- Posterings
ii. Booth sampling activities in-store
iii. Conducting of seminars
iv. Conversion through marketing events
- Documentation Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer information
- Submit the required reports and documentation
- Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Maintain and be accountable for ample stock inventory
- Collaboration Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments (i.e. account coordinators, accounting, warehouse)
- Collaborate efficiently with colleagues on the sales team
- Ensure that company policies are upheld
