Sales Reporting and Business Analyst

This role supports global sales reporting, commission payments, and pricing activities. The position works closely with the Manager of Global Pricing, Sales Forecasting & Analytics to manage sales data, commission tracking, and sales-related databases. The role also performs analysis to help identify growth opportunities and support product promotion.

About the job:

1. Sales Data Analysis

• Extract and analyze sales data using BW (sales reporting system)

• Support business units in pulling and understanding reports

• Participate in BW training and testing

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity with the data team

• Manage assigned projects

• Prepare regular sales analysis reports

2. Commission & Payment Database Management

• Manage global commission tracking and payment reconciliation databases

• Maintain split commission tracking systems

• Run SAP and Access commission programs

• Maintain accurate customer master data related to sales offices and sales groups

3. POS & Inventory Database Maintenance

• Maintain POS and inventory databases for:

  • North America

  • Europe

  • Asia

• Manage POS commission tracking and reconciliation

4. SAP & Administrative Support

• Maintain master data (sales offices, product hierarchy, customers, new products, etc.)

• Assist in SAP testing and updates

• Create and maintain SAP documentation related to commissions, product hierarchy, and BW

• Clearly communicate analysis results to business leaders

• Ensure pricing master data is accurate and updated in SAP and external price lists

About you:

• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course)

• Strong analytical skills (able to interpret data, not just report it)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good English communication skills

• Strong Excel and Access skills

• Basic SAP knowledge (SD, PP, MM, BW, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage projects

• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively
