We are looking for a results-driven Sales Relationship Officer to lead the promotion and growth of the bank's loan products and services. This role is responsible for expanding client base, generates high-quality loan and deposit applications, guiding clients from initial engagement through disbursement, as well as customer retention by building trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the banking or financing industry. The candidate must demonstrate strong competencies in relationship management, attention to detail, ability to influence outcomes and deliver results within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the bank's portfolio;
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives by cross-selling products to promote the bank's loan, deposit and other products and services;
- Responsible for expanding the branch's market/account base for substantial and quality turn-in applications;
- Evaluate client portfolios and guide applications through to successful disbursement;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and turnaround of applications;
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
- Manage accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals;
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields)
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in banking, financing, or loan-related roles
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience as a Relationship Officer in a bank or financing company is an advantage
