Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
Educational Requirement
Functional
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with loan consultants (existing and new).
- Maintain regular communication with active and inactive loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for all concerns and inquiries of loan consultants; address and resolve any issues, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Track and monitor loan consultants daily releases and productions, and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.
- Provide reports on loan consultants feedback and potential issues to the Branch Manager.
- Endorse to the Branch Manager (BM) if the concerns of loan consultants are being repeatedly raised in the same manner.
- Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and achievement of strategic goals.
- Perform other tasks that the management team deems necessary.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
- The workweek will include weekend shifts, and employees are expected to attend work during weekends as part of their regular schedule.
Functional
- Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills, innovative and creative. Must be willing to perform fieldwork, including client meetings and site visits, as required by the role.
