Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Recruitment Associate is expected to deliver administrative task with major functions in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Recruitment:

  • Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions.
  • Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams and interviews.
  • In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Timely posting of career opportunities both in Internal and External Channels.
  • Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews.
  • Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate.
  • Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.
  • Timely update of recruitment tracker and applicant database.

Others

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Research and suggest uptrend HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
  • With at least 2 years experience in HR field. Especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in executive search and technical recruiting is an advantage.
  • Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City).
