JOB OVERVIEW:
Recruitment Associate is expected to deliver administrative task with major functions in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Recruitment:
- Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions.
- Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams and interviews.
- In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Timely posting of career opportunities both in Internal and External Channels.
- Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews.
- Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate.
- Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.
- Timely update of recruitment tracker and applicant database.
Others
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Research and suggest uptrend HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course.
- With at least 2 years experience in HR field. Especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in executive search and technical recruiting is an advantage.
- Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City).
