About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our growing property and home-building business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation and customer engagement, and the ability to manage client relationships throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Build rapport with potential clients and gather relevant information.
- Follow up with current, inactive, and previous leads to nurture opportunities.
Lead Qualification
- Identify client needs, goals, and project requirements.
- Determine whether the lead currently owns land.
- Identify the preferred location where the client intends to build.
- Assess the client's intended timeline for building or moving into their new home.
- Gather information regarding the client's borrowing capacity and financing status.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and qualification details within the CRM.
Sales & Administrative Support
- Send relevant information, brochures, and available house and land packages to prospective clients.
- Assist in creating and preparing house and land package proposals.
- Coordinate and liaise with land agents, developers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up activities to support the sales pipeline.
- Ensure all client information is accurately documented and updated.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, home-building, mortgage, or property-related industries.
- Understanding of house and land packages and the Australian property market.
- Experience coordinating with real estate agents, land developers, or mortgage brokers.
