About The Job
The primary purpose of a Process Manager is to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and daily operations by ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable. Also acts as a subject matter expert on assigned workflows, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance through quality checks and process support.
What You'll Do
NEW PROCESSES
- Situation Analysis and Process Design
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies or risks and designs process which ensures that every step in the business operation adds value and aligns with strategic goals
- Process Execution & Support
- Facilitate the adoption of new processes by conducting workshops, training colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Provide expertise and support to colleagues on process concerns
EXISTING PROCESSES
- Process Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures/manuals, work instructions, and other process documentation
- Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate documentation and evidence
- Ensure that all audit and compliance audit findings are supported by process documentation
- Ensure that processes owned by other Sales colleagues are regularly updated
- Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs, eliminate waste, and improve the quality of service
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes and ensure they meet business targets.
- Collaboration & Training
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Operations) for process alignment
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Orients or provide refresher training for other concerned teams/department on Sales processes.
What You Need To Have
- At least 2 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
Technical Proficiency
- Expert knowledge of process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio or any AI tool for process documentation
- Good PC skills (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
Technical Tools: Experience with process mapping and data visualization software such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
