Job Description

The Sales Process Excellence Specialist (SPES) is responsible for auditing sales operations, business processes, and distributor compliance to ensure adherence to company standards, operating procedures, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits on sales operations, distributor processes, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
  • Validate the accuracy of sales reports, productivity data, incentive computations, and account master data.
  • Perform Business Process Audits and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.
  • Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and root causes; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports, non-conformance reports, and weekly activity reports within prescribed timelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned distributor audits and achievement of audit performance targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Audit, Business Process Audit, Process Excellence, Compliance, Distributor Management, or related roles.
  • Experience conducting field audits, process reviews, compliance assessments, or operational audits in an FMCG, distribution, or sales-driven environment is preferred
