The Sales Process Excellence Specialist (SPES) is responsible for auditing sales operations, business processes, and distributor compliance to ensure adherence to company standards, operating procedures, and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on sales operations, distributor processes, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Validate the accuracy of sales reports, productivity data, incentive computations, and account master data.
- Perform Business Process Audits and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.
- Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and root causes; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare and submit audit reports, non-conformance reports, and weekly activity reports within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned distributor audits and achievement of audit performance targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Audit, Business Process Audit, Process Excellence, Compliance, Distributor Management, or related roles.
- Experience conducting field audits, process reviews, compliance assessments, or operational audits in an FMCG, distribution, or sales-driven environment is preferred
