Sales Planning Manager

We are looking for a Sales Planning Manager for our joint venture - Nissin URC.

You will help support the establishment of the company's future Sales function by leading sales planning, business performance management, and commercial governance during the transition period. The role will work closely with URC Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and the company management to strengthen sales planning, execution visibility, KPI management, and joint business planning.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in FMCG sales planning, commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, key account management, or distributor management.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade and General Trade business models; experience in business planning, sales forecasting, KPI management, performance analysis, and commercial reporting.
• Exposure to trade promotion planning, trade investment review, or sales execution monitoring; experience with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations; distributor / route-to-market experience; food, beverage, instant noodles, snacks, or mass-market FMCG experience preferred.
• Should have strong analytical and planning capability.
• Should have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Should have good understanding of field execution and a collaborative work style.
