Sales Performance Senior Analyst

Core Profile: The Sales Performance Senior Analyst will support the sales team in providing performance visibility and derive insights to improve the team's performance.

What you will be doing:

• Regular and timely reporting on sales performance
• Ad-hoc calculations of sales and bank related KPIs
• Coordination with the sales team and other stakeholders
• Automation Builds of reports
• Creation and delivery of performance decks
• Deriving of insights from the performance data

What we are looking for:

• Experience and working understanding with bank products including deposits and lending products.
• At least 2 years of experience in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Database Extraction.
• Bachelor's degree holder in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
