Core Profile: The Sales Performance Senior Analyst will support the sales team in providing performance visibility and derive insights to improve the team's performance.
What you will be doing:
- Regular and timely reporting on sales performance
- Ad-hoc calculations of sales and bank related KPIs
- Coordination with the sales team and other stakeholders
- Automation Builds of reports
- Creation and delivery of performance decks
- Deriving of insights from the performance data
What we are looking for:
- Experience and working understanding with bank products including deposits and lending products.
- At least 2 years of experience in Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft PowerQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Database Extraction.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
