About The Role
The Sales Performance Management and Analytics Officer will play a key role in driving sales productivity through analytics, automation, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with Consumer Sales teams to develop reporting solutions, identify performance opportunities, and optimize sales effectiveness across channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop, automate, and enhance MIS reports to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Consolidate and standardize sales reporting tools and dashboards to create a streamlined reporting ecosystem.
- Build and maintain sales performance databases while generating actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Analyze sales productivity, channel performance, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Design monitoring tools and analytics solutions that improve lead management and digital sales conversion.
- Partner with sales, business, and support teams to translate data into strategies that drive results.
- Create presentations, analyses, and recommendations that support sales campaigns and business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, business intelligence, or performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Python, VBA, or process automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
