Role Overview
The Sales Coach will be responsible for driving sales performance through targeted one-on-one coaching, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence. This role works closely with Sales Managers and Team Leads to align coaching strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with client and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on:
Sales closing techniques
Objection handling
Script adherence
Partner with Sales Managers and Team Leads to align coaching priorities with business goals and performance gaps.
Ensure strict compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards.
Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
Provide coaching support to bottom, mid, and top performers, tailoring approaches based on performance level.
Qualifications
College Graduate (required).
At least 1 year of experience in coaching or leading a sales team in a BPO or call center environment.
Open to Sales Coaches, Trainers, or Team Leads with strong coaching exposure.
Sales closure experience is required.
Proven experience handling sales KPIs and quota-driven environments.
Strong background in objection handling and negotiation.
Knowledge of Sales CRM tools, QA tools, and Excel dashboards.
Able to coach bottom, mid, and top performers effectively.
