Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Engage patients through inbound leads, calls, and follow-ups to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Deliver clear, compassionate, and accurate patient guidance while maintaining strong conversion outcomes.
- Manage the full patient journey from initial inquiry qualification scheduling follow-up.
- Build trust with patients through transparent education and responsive communication.
- Meet and exceed sales targets related to appointment bookings, conversions, and patient retention.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and patient management systems.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent patient experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or patient-facing environments.
- Strong communication and empathy with the ability to simplify complex medical information.
- Comfort handling patient concerns, objections, and emotional contexts with professionalism.
- Experience working with healthcare patients, medical consumers, or treatment-based service lines.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or appointment targets.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM experience.

- Bilingual skills (Spanish highly preferred).
