Sales Order Processor

The Sales Order Processor at Domino's Pizza is a full-time, corporate logistics role responsible for managing bulk food and perishable inventory orders from retail stores.

Acting as the vital link between store managers and the commissary warehouse, this position ensures data accuracy in ERP and Excel systems while working under tight daily deadlines to guarantee that logistics delivery trucks depart on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end processing and encoding of bulk food stock orders from retail stores.

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor perishable wet inventory, including proprietary pizza sauces, fresh dough bases and temperature-sensitive ingredients.

• Systems amp; Auditing: Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software alongside Microsoft Excel to record shipments, generate tracking data and audit inventory numbers

.• Issue Resolution: Resolve order discrepancies or stock variances quickly by coordinating directly between store managers and the commissary warehouse.

• Time-Sensitive Dispatch: Work under tight deadlines to meet strict daily dispatch cutoffs, ensuring logistics trucks depart on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred, ideally in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse and Logistics is strictly required.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Office and a strong understanding of ERP inventory software.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities and a proven capability to work well under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
