We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippine time).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed
- Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches
- Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases
- Identify and propose process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with a CRM system is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player
