Role Description
The Sales Coach Supervisor is an on-site, full-time role based in Clark. The primary responsibilities include guiding and supporting sales teams through personalized coaching and feedback, facilitating engaging sales training sessions, and evaluating team performance to ensure sales goals are consistently met. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with sales representatives to implement strategies that enhance productivity and accuracy in selling techniques.

- Proficiency in Sales Trainings and Training delivery to support continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent Communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback and foster collaboration.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving results.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to oversee performance metrics and team development.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role or in the sales industry will be an advantage.
