What You'll Do
- Execute account-based outbound strategies targeting high-potential organizations in the Americas.
- Conduct deep research into industries, companies, and key decision-makers (e.g., HR, L&D, Talent, Strategy leaders) to support tailored outreach.
- Run personalized campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and tools such as Apollo or Outreach.
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to create relevant messaging and scale personalization effectively.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to support visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and objection handling to ensure smooth lead progression.
- Analyze campaign results, A/B test messaging, and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Regularly booking qualified meetings with senior stakeholders in target accounts.
- Building a strong, research-driven pipeline of mid-market and enterprise leads.
- Maintaining high data quality and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Using AI tools to improve personalization and campaign performance.
- Directly supporting pipeline development and revenue growth in the Americas region.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Comfort using AI tools and prompt engineering to support messaging and research.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Available to work full-time during Americas business hours (e.g., EST/CST).
Preferred Skills
- Background in selling learning solutions, consulting services, professional development, or SaaS.
- Experience with account-based sales strategies and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with outbound campaign metrics and performance analysis.
- Strong cultural awareness for engaging stakeholders across North and South America.
