Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile, goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and support the distribution expansion of our bangus (milkfish) product line. This is a dynamic, new role for someone who can wear multiple hats—blending hands-on field sales, social media marketing, operational coordination, and team leadership.
Location: Cebu-based (with travel required)

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Product Marketing
Strengthen brand positioning to highlight premium, local, and high-quality attributes.
Ensure absolute consistency across packaging, labeling, and brand messaging.
Develop a compelling brand story and identity.
Plan strategic marketing campaigns highlighting product benefits and uniqueness.
Develop creative product bundles, gift packs, and seasonal promotions.
2. Field Sales, Distribution & Coordination
Comfortably conduct field sales to secure and expand into new markets (e.g., Manila).
Create essential marketing materials for distributors, such as sell-sheets and brochures.
Coordinate in-store promotions, product placements, and handle delivery logistics.
Work closely with the sales team to consistently drive product sell-through.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage active social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create engaging visual content (recipes, serving ideas, and lifestyle posts) using Canva.
Execute and handle paid advertisements and digital promotions.
Coordinate collaborations with relevant influencers and food bloggers.
4. Research, Operations & Performance Tracking
Monitor competitor movements, industry trends, and pricing structures.
Gather and analyze direct customer feedback and market insights.
Track specific sales performance per channel and measure marketing campaign ROI.
Maintain organized data and prepare regular Excel reports for management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
Autonomy: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Literacy: Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and highly skilled in FB, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva.
Communication: Proficient in English with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Traits: Exceptionally organized, reliable, honest, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Mobility: Willing and able to travel for field sales and distribution expansion.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail food product marketing.
A strong understanding of retail, distribution marketing, and running digital ads.
Note: A college degree is not required for this role.

Overall sales growth across managed channels.
The number of new distributors and retail accounts secured.
Product sell-through rates.
Brand awareness growth and digital engagement metrics.
