Performance Management and Reporting. Track sales KPIs, revenue, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and win/loss ratios.
QPIPE, S3P, and Invoice Tab Management. Assist in maintaining and monitoring the applications in coordination with the ISU team.
Sales Enablement Support. Ensure the sales team is updated with new products, sales pitches, presentation materials, and decks.
Data Analysis and Insights. Analyze raw sales data and generate actionable insights, including identifying top-performing segments, customer trends, and bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
Cross-Functional Alignment. Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on targets, messaging, and processes.
Forecasting and Revenue Operations Support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure end-to-end revenue visibility and reporting accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or any related course.
At least two (2) years of professional experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, presentation tools, and research tools.
Knowledgeable in sales forecasting and pipeline analytics.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
