Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Company: Woofy (Condo-Based Internet Provider)

Location: Metro Manila (office-based with some field exposure)

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve sales performance reporting for teams, managers, and agents.
  • Work with BI to simplify dashboards and reports into a clear set of KPIs (new sales, renewals, renewal efficiency, productivity per rep/site, etc.).
  • Help design and maintain tools and processes used daily by the sales teams (OKR dashboards, daily sales reports, clock-in/attendance, installation scheduling).
  • Support Sales and senior leadership on quotas, incentives, and commission changes, including simple what-if analyses.
  • Use system data (sales logs, clock-ins, Viber activity) to flag attendance/productivity issues and support investigations when needed.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to improve site coverage, deployment, and basic sales routines (daily huddles, weekly reviews).
  • Help build and eventually lead a small Sales Ops team and promote a culture of practical, front-line-oriented analytics.

Qualifications

  • 36 years total experience, including:
  • At least 2 years in Sales Ops / RevOps / Commercial or Business Analytics, and/or
  • Experience working closely with field sales teams (telecom/ISP/FMCG/field distribution preferred).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, basic modelling).
  • Experience creating simple, actionable reports for non-technical managers.
  • Comfortable working with transaction and operational data from multiple sources.
  • Clear communicator; able to explain metrics and processes in plain language.
  • Willing to be hands-on initially and grow into a manager role.
  • Background in telecom, ISP, BPO, FMCG, or other high-intensity sales environments.
  • Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with attendance/clock-in systems or route/coverage planning.
  • Some people-management or mentoring experience.
