Do you love turning a messy sales tech stack into a well-oiled machine As our client's next Sales Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, and the rest of their sales technology ecosystem — making sure every system runs smoothly, every rep has what they need, and every dashboard tells a clear, actionable story.

This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and data. You'll dig into pipelines, refine processes, and build the reporting that helps a fast-paced US sales organization make smarter, faster decisions — all while working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or a similar CRM-focused role, ideally supporting a US-based team
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and other sales technology platforms (e.g., Gong, Gong Engage, Apollo)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence training and supporting cross-functional teams

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and list building
• Experience troubleshooting third-party CRM integrations
• Background managing budgets for sales tools and technology investments

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Sales Tech Stack Ownership

You own the health of the sales technology ecosystem, end to end.

• Administer and maintain Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, Apollo, and other sales platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance
• Handle day-to-day system errors and maintenance, keeping downtime to a minimum
• Manage and troubleshoot third-party CRM integrations, resolving issues quickly
• Oversee the budget for sales tools and technologies, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact investments
• Safeguard compliance with relevant data security and regulatory standards

Data, Lead Management & Reporting

You ensure the sales team always has clean data and a clear view of performance.

• Develop and maintain dynamic lead lists for targeted campaigns
• Run data validation and list hygiene processes to maintain lead quality
• Use platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn for targeted lead extraction and segmentation
• Overhaul dashboards and reporting systems to give the sales team clear, actionable insights
• Examine individual pipelines to spot trends and patterns in deal progression

Process Optimization, Training & Collaboration

You keep sales operations continuously improving and connected to the wider business.

• Continuously analyze and refine sales processes to boost efficiency
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of sales initiatives
• Train and support the sales team on tools and systems so everyone can perform at their best
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to surface trends and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Support, and Development to align sales operations with business goals
